Geneva Pharmaceuticals Inc., a unit of Novartis AG, has settled claims by the Federal Trade commission that an agreement it has with Abbott Laboratories over the marketing of a generic drug violated antitrust regulations. The case involves a generic version of Abbott’s Hytrin produced by Geneva.
